Slow drains & blockages

A slow drain is a blockage with a diary — it has already booked the day it stops completely, and it always picks a public holiday. Clear it before it clears its own schedule.

Editly technician clearing a floor drain with a motorised auger

What this covers

  • Blocked and slow-flushing toilets, cleared without scratching the porcelain
  • Kitchen sink lines choked by years of oil and rice — cleared and degreased
  • Bathroom floor traps that gurgle, smell or back up in heavy rain
  • External drains and gully traps around landed houses
  • Camera inspection on recurring blockages, so you see the cause yourself
  • Root-cause fixes: regrading, trap replacement, or a grease-management plan
Typical pricing: toilet and floor-trap clearing from RM120; kitchen line clearing from RM150; camera survey from RM200, credited against any repair we then carry out.

Why we clear mechanically, not chemically

Supermarket drain acid mostly reaches the first bend, damages older pipes, and makes the eventual proper clearing more dangerous for whoever does it. Our approach:

1

Find the choke point

We work out from your symptoms whether it is a local trap or the shared stack — condo dwellers, this matters for who pays.

2

Auger or jet

Motorised augers for solid chokes, jetting for grease. The blockage comes out; it does not just get pushed deeper.

3

Prove the flow

We run water at full bore for several minutes before calling it done — not one hopeful flush.

4

Stop the repeat

You get told, kindly, what caused it — wipes, oil, a broken trap — and what will keep it from coming back.

Water rising instead of draining?

Stop flushing and message us — describing the last thing that went down often diagnoses the blockage before we arrive.
