Lighting & fan setup

The difference between an installation and a good installation is invisible: proper boxes, secure mounts, straight lines and no rattles at speed three. You only notice when it is done badly.

What this covers

  • Ceiling fans — new points, replacements, remote kits and wobble fixes
  • Downlight conversions and LED panel swaps, layout planned room by room
  • Chandeliers and heavy fittings mounted with proper anchoring
  • Extra wall sockets and USB points where your furniture actually lives
  • Outdoor, porch and security lighting with weatherproof fittings
  • Autogate power points and doorbell wiring
Typical pricing: ceiling fan installation to an existing point from RM120; new fan points from RM220; extra sockets from RM130 per point (surface) — concealed runs quoted after photos.

Finished means finished

Trunking runs level, switch plates sit flush, and the drilling dust gets vacuumed — including the bit that fell behind the sofa. Where we cut plaster for concealed runs, we patch it smooth and prime it, so your painter has a five-minute job instead of an afternoon.

Bringing your own fans or fittings from a sale? Perfectly welcome. We will tell you honestly if a fitting is not worth installing — a fan with a bent rotor will never run quiet, no matter who mounts it.
