Leaking pipes & taps

Water always tells on itself eventually — a brown ring on the ceiling, a musty cabinet, a bill that crept up RM30. We find where it starts, not just where it shows.

Technician sealing a leaking copper joint under a bathroom sink

What this covers

  • Dripping taps, mixers and shower valves — re-seated or replaced
  • Weeping joints and corroded fittings under sinks and behind toilets
  • Concealed pipe leaks in walls, floors and ceilings, traced with moisture meters
  • Inter-floor leaks in condos, including reports for your management office
  • Burst poly and PVC pipes, replaced in copper or PEX where appropriate
  • Water tank overflow and ball-valve faults
Typical pricing: tap and washer repairs from RM80; joint repairs from RM120; concealed-leak tracing quoted after photos, with the tracing fee waived if we do the repair. Exact price confirmed in writing before work starts.

How we handle a leak call

1

Stop the damage

We tell you on WhatsApp which valve to close while the van is on its way — free, whether or not you book.

2

Trace, don’t guess

Moisture meters and pressure tests narrow the leak to a spot before any tile or plaster is touched.

3

Repair properly

New fittings, not tape and putty. We pressure-test the line again before closing anything up.

4

Make good

Access holes patched and, for bigger openings, we coordinate a painter or leave it ready for yours.

Still dripping while you read this?

Photograph the leak and the nearest valve, WhatsApp both to us, and we will talk you through first aid while a technician heads over.
