How fast can someone reach my house?
For addresses inside our core zone — Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Genting Klang and Sentul — we usually arrive within 60 to 90 minutes during working hours. Further districts such as Ampang, Cheras or Mont Kiara are typically same-day slots.
Do you charge for coming out to look?
No. Send us photos or a short video on WhatsApp first and we quote from that. If the fault needs eyes on site, the inspection visit is free whenever you go ahead with the repair.
Are your electricians licensed?
Yes. Every electrical job is carried out or signed off by a Suruhanjaya Tenaga registered wireman, and our senior chargeman reviews switchboard and rewiring work before we hand it back.
Will I know the price before work starts?
Always. We photograph the fault, explain what caused it, and give you a fixed written price on WhatsApp before a single tool comes out of the box. No surprises on the invoice.
What if the same problem comes back?
Workmanship is covered for 90 days and parts we supply carry their manufacturer warranty. If the identical fault returns inside that window, we come back and put it right at no charge.
Do you handle small jobs, like one socket?
Gladly. A single tap washer, one flickering light, one loose socket — small call-outs keep neighbourhoods talking about us, so no job is beneath the van.
Can you work on weekends?
We run Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Sunday slots can be arranged in advance for emergencies such as burst pipes or full power loss — WhatsApp us and we will do our best.
